ABOUT

Based on the latest research from Zippa women make up just 12.3% of the Enterprise Architecture workforce in the United States - based on our own humble research from our events we see similar numbers across the globe - sometimes even lower.

Women in EA aims to be a part of the solution, building a platform that helps to create a more diverse workforce & equal representation of women in architecture roles. The change has already begun, but more needs to be done to shine a light on why such a lack of diversity exists.

Pushing Boundaries
The boundaries have already started to be broken down, with more women in leadership roles, but this must continue at pace to ensure that the discipline of architecture keeps moving forward & evolving
Bridging the Gap
The field of architecture is currently operating at a significant disadvantage - different perspectives, ideas & approaches are needed to be able to take an organisation’s strategy & turn it into reality
What’s Different?
This is no ordinary switchON - here we provide a platform for women in architecture to talk about the industry, why you love being an architect & what needs to be done to encourage greater diversity

Our Challenge
As an events organiser with a global presence in Enterprise Architecture we struggle to get our speaker line-ups anywhere near to 50/50 - we want this to be a thing of the past & to be part of the solution
